What drives daily business processes and improves organizational performance? A custom training program meets the specific business needs of an organization with one-of-a-kind training content. It allows for an infusion of branding and culture into learning processes. An effective custom training program targets learning objectives and includes a clear plan of how the processes will be structured and delivered to meet the organization's performance goals. Here are three reasons to consider tailoring your TRACK application training material for your specific needs:  1. 1. ** ****Challenges with Business-Specific Practices:** Clients with specific needs regarding their business practices may find that having generic training material doesn't drive the right behaviors to produce the proper outcomes. Customized training can fill the gap between the requirements in the software and the Client’s expectations. 2. **Differences in Terminology:** Clients who refer to the TRACK application and its functionalities with dissimilar vocabulary may find it difficult to communicate information and directives if the training and application do not share the same branding. Aligning your training material with your software naming conventions could minimize delays in work completion as well as confusion for both Vendors and Clients. Customers using another vocabulary in the TRACK application will also value customization. 3. **Alignment in Users and Expectations:** Customized training allows organizations to close the gap between TRACK application users and expectations. By providing tailor-made learning experiences, organizations can control the content and context of information that is presented to learners. Managing content means creating materials that meet specific organizational learning goals and using key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify employees' needs to be successful.     For more information about customized training, don't hesitate to contact your MCi Account Manager.     Click the button below to contact our Account Management Department and discuss custom training options for your organization.
