 Regarding: Track Anywhere

 I recently attended a webinar in 2020 and TRACK Anywhere was mentioned on the call. Can you tell me a little more about it?

TRACK Anywhere enables companies to capture contractor activity in remote areas, where there may not be a gate system or a perimeter boundary. The activity flows directly into TRACK, so you gain the same visibility and cost controls as if the worker was coming through the gates right there on your site. For over 30 years; downstream refining, chemicals, pulp & paper, metals, and mining industries have been utilizing the TRACK Platform within the boundaries of their work locations. Now with the new release of TRACK Anywhere Virtual Gate and Kiosk, virtually every industry can harness the power of the TRACK Platform.

Virtual Gate is the TRACK Platform’s mobile solution that enables contractor in/out events to be captured in remote work locations. With Virtual Gate, contractors can add field notes and images to provide owners visibility of the work being done in the field. All Virtual Gate activity includes GPS coordinates that are used with geo-boundaries to validate workers are at the correct location. The activities from Virtual Gate flow into TRACK as labor activity along with the geo-information, field notes, and images giving owners information necessary to accurately approve.

The TRACK Anywhere Kiosk provides badge in/out capability in remote locations where conventional access control or gate systems are not available. The Kiosk mobile application records activity for workers identifying them by their personal RFID tag or QR code. All badge in/out activities include the geo-location of the activity, which is used for validation of worker location at the time of the activity.
