The 13.3 Load Report Criteria course speaks about the load report criteria being added to the drop-down list. However, you have to leave the screen and come back or create a new report to trigger the drop-down list to update. It does not automatically refresh.

Thank you for posting this finding. This is a bug for the version you are using which is 6.5.19.31. I tested this functionality with my TRACK environment which is the 6.5.20.4 version. This issue should be fixed with the April 2022 Release where users will see the recently saved and loaded report name in the Load Report Criteria drop-down list.
