Services - TRACK as a Service (TaaS) has been introduced on the site, which offers organizations a fully managed MCi service that extends our expertise and on-going execution of the TRACK Daily Settlement process on behalf of our customers. We have added our newest service, Contract Health Check, which ensures that your contracts are optimized to bring out the full value of the TRACK Platform.
Product Suggestions - Customers of MCi can now log into the product suggestions portal and make suggestions on how to improve the TRACK Platform. All the product suggestions will be visible to our customers, giving users the ability to vote on enhancements that they would like to see added.
