Certified TRACK Professional Process 

TRACK University now offers three certifications for users to position themselves as experts in the TRACK application. Users can become certified TRACK Coordinators, Vendor Timekeepers, or TRACK Authorizers. Earning your certification in these three personas benefits both you and your employer by putting yourself ahead of your peers and establishing yourself as an expert in TRACK. Your certification adds value to your employer and increases your credibility and future job opportunities. Keep reading to learn more about how to earn each certification and the benefits tied to this program.

 

TRACK users can begin their path to becoming a certified TRACK Coordinator, Vendor Timekeeper, or TRACK Authorizer by following these steps: 

  1. Enrolling in an exam by contacting the TRACK University Administrative at TrackUReg@mccorp.com.
  2. Passing the exam with a score of 80 or above.
  3. Enjoying the Certified TRACK Professional status for twenty-four months—You earned it! 
  4. Enrolling in the exam after 24 months to renew your status.
  5. Passing the certification exam with a score of 80 or above, renewing your status as a certified TRACK Coordinator, Vendor Timekeeper, or TRACK Authorizer for 24 months.
