Standard Reports

Standard Reports provide organized detail of contract compliance, processed activity, and applied cost of services. When utilized to monitor site activities and processes, these summarized reports are valuable tools providing complete visibility of processing and billing status to both owner and contractor organizations. The Standard Reports are available to all MCi Customers that purchase the TRACK Platform.

Report Spotlight – Full Data Extract

Various personas use the Full Data Extract in timekeeping and account management roles. The report provides detailed reporting of time, material, and equipment activity submitted for billing by the Vendor Timekeepers and Accounting personnel. The Full Data Extract provides flexibility for reviewers at all levels by allowing users to run the report by data or selecting a specific Area ID or Level 1 and 2 Cost Objects.

Track Coordinators can review all charges monitored by cost objects and specified periods. The authorization status and timesheet reference numbers assist in the reconciliation process.  A review of the data will quickly identify processing errors and authorization delays.

The details displayed provide further review options such as skill assignments to review craft coverage, equipment group/type, and material type/item assignments, which provide a point of use and consumed items. The Full Data Extract is beneficial for many reasons based on the amount of data it provides to an organization.
