We are excited to announce that we are launching new data efficiencies to the TRACK Platform this month! We are always working to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and create the best solutions we can.
When Track Authorizers are out of the office, pending authorizations build up and can slow down the daily settlement process. This can cause vendor payments to be delayed until they return. Now, Track Authorizers can temporarily reassign authorizations for a selected date range before leaving the office for extended periods of time. Track Coordinators are now also able to manage authorization reassignments if needed.
When entering equipment utilization hours, the TRACK Platform has required the start and end times to be entered for each piece of equipment used. In the latest release, we have made it easier for timekeepers to enter equipment utilization data by giving users the ability to enter the total hours of equipment utilization, without having to enter the start and end times. This new enhancement will make entering equipment utilization data more efficient for timekeepers.
To utilize imports for equipment utilization and allocation, Vendor Timekeepers have had to fill out two imports separately that lead to extra work and duplication of effort. With the latest software release, Vendor Timekeepers have an option to complete and load one import for equipment utilization and allocation that includes the capability to enter total equipment utilization without the IN / OUT times. This enhancement will help timekeepers to save time, increase efficiency, and reduce potential errors.
We believe these new enhancements will prevent issues from slowing down the daily process for our customers and improve efficiency while working in TRACK.
We have added courses into TRACK University covering the new functionality added this month!
