We are excited to announce that we are launching new process optimization enhancements to the TRACK Platform this month! We are always working to identify problems our customers are having while using TRACK and strive to create the best solutions we can.
With our latest release, our customers can now require attachments for an override request. During the override management process, it could be a challenge to know if an override request was previously approved by an Authorizer. This led to either reduced cost visibility due to blanket override approvals or additional administrative work to contact Authorizers before approving requests. Customers can now enable override attachments and configure which override reasons need to have documentation attached. This will help to reduce costs that aren’t accounted for, reduce extra administrative work, and provide an audit history to support override approvals.
Track Coordinators can now manage key settings and set-up alerts for other users inside of the TRACK Platform. Track Coordinators can bulk edit the preferences for how their team receives TRACK alerts. Each team member can change their own preferences at any time, but the Track Coordinator can then see what the updated preference is. This allows Authorizers and Timekeepers to not have to spend the time setting up alerts as well as allows Track Coordinators to see how their team is seeing alerts. This means that the new alert management makes the process more efficient for the entire team using the TRACK Platform.
When a mustering event occurs either onsite or at remote work locations, users with the TRACK Anywhere Kiosk can now enable the Kiosk Mustering feature to see who is and isn’t at a muster point during emergency situations, in real-time. Users can select the Muster option in the Kiosk menu, choose whether they want workers to scan an RFID badge or a QR code, then all workers can check in at the Kiosk muster station in minutes. Owners will easily be able to see who has mustered and who hasn’t via a web browser on any device. This will help improve visibility and safety of workers at remote locations during emergency situations!
We have added courses into TRACK University covering the new features added this month!
We believe each of these enhancements will solve problems our customers are having and allow them to do business each day in a more effective and efficient way.
