TRACK Trainer Certification Program and Virtual Instructor-Led Training
Get ready to elevate your organization's training program to new heights! The MCi Learning and Development team is hard at work, creating a lineup of new, dynamic, and innovative training programs designed to empower your organization. We are thrilled to share that we have an exciting array of programs planned for the coming year, and we can't wait to unveil them for you.
We kicked off our new lineup of training programs on May 2 at Momentum: MCi's All-Access Conference with the debut of our highly anticipated TRACK Trainer Certification Program. Participants had the opportunity to attend a half-day training session led by a diverse and dynamic group of experts from our Consulting team, TaaS, and Learning and Development. They covered crucial topics such as utilizing TRACK University for training and onboarding, creating a Facilitator Guide, and a refresher on the Five A's of the TRACK application. The session provided hands-on learning experiences that were highly beneficial to all attendees.
But that's not all! As a follow-up to the TRACK Trainer Certification Program, we invited the same group of participants to our first-ever TRACK University Virtual Instructor-Led Training, held on May 24. Led by Maria Rivera, Administrator of the Learning Management System, this session, titled "Building a Learning Plan for Digital Learners," focused on creating tailored learning plans in TRACK University. Participants walked through the process of selecting TRACK U courses to develop learning plans specific to their organizations.
