Navigating the TRACK Import Landscape

Where to Find the Track Import File Layout Document: 

1. Inside TRACK 
   Navigate to Track Imports (Settings > Utilities > Track Imports > Click on "Import Templates" and download the file)
   
   
   
2. TRACK Customer Support and Self-Help System (CSSS) 
   3.16.1 Track Imports: Navigate to the bottom of the screen to find the PDF version
   
    
3. TRACK University 
   3.16.1 TRACK Imports: Navigate to 3.16.1 TRACK Imports, you’ll find comprehensive information about imports, including the PDF.
