New User Efficiency Updates Added in the latest TRACK Software Release
Management Controls, Inc. launches user improvements in the latest software release.
We are excited to announce new user efficiency updates added into the Track Platform this month! We are always working to identify problems our customers are having while using TRACK and strive to improve the user experience.
Updates & Changes
TRACK's August release aims to highlight User Efficiency - emphasizing updates on Imports (Other Cost Import, Transit Time Import, Import Status Visibility) and Agreement Document Overview.
Watch the video below to learn more about the release from our Sr. Product Manager of Track, Anna Van Cleef!
Other Cost Import
Managing regularly scheduled other costs, such as per diem, for labor resources can be a time consuming process without a simply way to update many resources at the same time. With the newly released updates, TRACK provides the ability to assign and un-assign costs for labor resources in mass, which improves efficiencies during other changes.
Transit Time Report
TRACK users can now leverage imports to improve efficiency in managing Transit Time Devices. Being able to define the allowable time when traveling from gate to gate within a facility is a time-consuming process for locations with different gates. TRACK now supports managing the Transit Time via an import, which creates and updates data in mass improving overall efficiency.
Import Status Visibility
Validating the status of an import required the user to click on a log file to see whether it was successful or had errors. With this release, users can see if their import had errors or was successful without looking into the log file.
Validation of Contractual Terms
During the review of completed work, field based personnel may not have a clear understanding of the requirements within an agreement to ensure that specific requests meet contractual requirements. In the latest release, we added functionality to enable sourcing and procurement professionals to load the Agreement or an Agreement Overview sheet into TRACK, which will be available for Track Authorizers to review during the authorization review file.
