Management Controls, Inc. adds badge in and badge out alerts to TRACK Anywhere Virtual Gate.
One of the core values at Management Controls, Inc. is to create continuous value for our customers. We noticed that workers in remote worksites using TRACK Anywhere Virtual Gate often forget to badge in or out on their mobile devices. This leads to less accurate data for the project as a whole. We have now added the functionality for users to set alerts to remind them to badge in and badge out of a worksite. The goal with this update is that workers will have one less thing to remember while focusing on their project and in turn, the data around the project will be much more accurate with actual time, schedule, and costs.
Badge In/Out Alerts
TRACK Anywhere users can now enable alerts to remind them to badge in and badge out. These alerts are easy to set up and function like any other native alert on an iOS or Android device. The new feature also allows for several alerts at different times to be configured then turned on or off depending on a worker's schedule for that week.

Virtual Gate
Virtual Gate is the TRACK Platform’s mobile solution that enables contractor in/out events to be captured in remote work locations. With Virtual Gate, contractors can add field notes and images to provide owners visibility of the work being done in the field. All Virtual Gate activity includes GPS coordinates that are used with geo-boundaries and validation of worker location. The activities from Virtual Gate flow into TRACK as labor activity along with the geo-information, field notes, and images giving owners information necessary to accurately approve.
Virtual Gate consists of a mobile application (iPhone & Android) and an administrative console as a cloud application that communicates with the client’s TRACK database. The application can be used by individuals or by a foreman to record the daily activity of their crew members.
